Our Culture

Research suggests that having fun at work actually increases productivity. When people are happy, they tend to work harder and produce higher-quality work. That’s why we like to sprinkle some good times in with the professional work we do and create a culture where our team members are happy, comfortable, and relaxed in their work environment. A relaxed mind is a creative mind, and in our line of work, creativity is vital. Having fun together also helps us become closer to one another, which strengthens our ability to work as a team.

Team Building

Team building is important at Thump Local because we know that when we work as a trusting team, combining the forces of all our skill sets, we deliver better products to our clients. We engage in a variety of team building activities to help us grow together and push the boundaries of our abilities. These activities have included escape the room, bowling, sports days, and paint nights.

Charitable Causes

Community is essential to us at Thump. We don’t only strive to create a community amongst our team members, but we also value being part of the local community. We recognize that there are people and organizations who can use help, and it is important to us to give back to the wider community however we can. Working as a team, we pool our resources to give to charities we feel connected to.

Adopt a Family

December 2020

This holiday season, Thump Local had the opportunity to partake in adopting a local family in need through Sunshine Alternative Education and Prevention Center on Long Island. A mother who just got out of sober living had recently moved in with her sister who had been taking care of her three kids. 2 year old Gabriel, 5 year old Lucian and 7 year old Felicia. With their family back together again, we wanted to make sure they got the best Christmas yet! With Thumps’ support, we were able to purchase everything on their wish list and more! December 15th, everything was dropped off to be with them in time for Santa’s yearly visit. The packages included toys, clothing for everyone, and blankets and toiletries for the family. Thump was excited and grateful for the opportunity to give back to their community!
